B2C Customer Service Supervisor, Kansas City

Responsible for supervising the call center for MW Company’s portfolio of brands across racing and automotive aftermarket industries – WELD, MOMO, ADV.1, CCW, Forgestar, HiPer and Driven. Directly supervising a high performing team of call center representatives for all direct-to-consumer B2C inquiries and interactions, including lead processing, sales, payments, product availability questions, product returns, warranties, repairs and technical questions. Handling B2C communications with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders in a prompt and courteous manner. Resolves customer questions and issues. Completes and maintains related reports, records, and files up to date. Cross sells products and services and supports all roles within the call center. Completes weekly call center statistical reports. Attends and participates in meetings as required.
