Call Center Representative

Responsible for handling a variety of payments, product availability, warranty coverage, etc. service and sales calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Resolves customer questions and problems. Completes and maintains related reports, records, and files. Cross sells products and services and supports all functions within the Call Center. Understand and/or passion for high performance and motorsports preferred.

Receives customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner

Completes research and resolves documentation errors or discrepancies. Forwards more complex problems to Call Center Manager.

Provides general information to customers

Provides basic information on accounts, payments, product availability, warranties, etc.

Makes sales calls as assigned. Provides product descriptions and pricing information as appropriate.

Maintains and projects the Company's professional reputation.

Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with area personnel and with management.

Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly

Assists in verifying accounts, checking product availability, and mailing correspondence

Requirements

Call Center Representative functions are efficiently, effectively, and accurately performed in accordance with established policies, standards, and security procedures

Good business relations exist with customers. Problems and complaints are promptly and professionally addressed and resolved

Accurate and complete information about products and services is provided to customers

Good working relationships and coordination exist with area personnel and with management. Appropriate assistance is provided to area staff as needed. Supervisor is informed of activities

Required reports and records are accurate, complete, and timely

The Company's professional reputation is conveyed and maintained

High school graduate or equivalent

General knowledge of automotive products and industry

Basic understanding of account maintenance and payment processes

At least 1 year of experience in a call center

Skilled with professional presentations, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Effectively present information to, and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public

Advanced education is a plus. Professional training, certifications are a plus. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish is a plus.
