Responsibility

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

Support month-end and year-end close process

Responsibility

Same day data entry of customer purchase orders into the system. Orders can come in the form of email, fax, EDI, etc.

Provide same day order confirmation and clarify order discrepancies

Support order status request, answering customer questions and resolving order issues with customers

Obtain 100% accuracy entering customer Purchase Orders. Ensuring all pertinent fields are entered accurately, in a timely manner, and adhering to any unique customer requirements

Actively work to streamline Purchase Order entry with focus on creating consistency among customers

Actively participate in the 58 process with the work area on a daily basis

Requirements
