Responsibility

Set up CNC equipment and show proficiency in all aspects of use

Produce quality parts on CNC equipment that meet or exceed established standards and drawings; identify and isolate any bad product

Ensure work area is clean, secure and well maintained

Keep management informed of area activities, of any significant concerns; identify problems, and provide suggestions

Follow established quality and safety standards

Responsibility

Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

Collaborate with the preparation of the budget, financial forecast, and report variances

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

Support month-end and year-end close process

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations

Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Develop and document business processes and accounting processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Provide analysis and recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

The Sales Support/ Order Entry Clerk is responsible for the daily entry and processing of sales orders, releasing required paperwork and support the Sales staff entry Level .

Responsibility

Same day data entry of customer purchase orders into the system. Orders can come in the form of email, fax, EDI, etc.

Provide same day order confirmation and clarify order discrepancies

Support order status request, answering customer questions and resolving order issues with customers

Obtain 100% accuracy entering customer Purchase Orders. Ensuring all pertinent fields are entered accurately, in a timely manner, and adhering to any unique customer requirements

Actively work to streamline Purchase Order entry with focus on creating consistency among customers

Requirements

Minimum level of education is a High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficient typing skills with high level of accuracy

Proficient use of personal computer, fax machine, and other supporting business equipment is a must

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse, shipping and receiving operations, material movement within the plant and ensuring that business needs are met in a timely manner. This position includes supervising the 1st shift warehouse, shipping and receiving activity, as well as material handlers to ensure prompt movement of materials throughout the plant. It is a working level position, meaning the manager will be expected to perform all associated functions of the team as needed to help meet company goals.

Manage receiving and delivery of raw materials, subcontract materials, scrap and finished goods in a timely manner

Ensure handling of all loading, unloading and delivery to point of use is accurate and efficient

Utilize and support continuous improvement of functions and processes in the warehouse management system
